Welcome to Daleel AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Daleel AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Daleel AI provides digital tools including but not limited to:
Verification of religious or informational content
AI-generated analysis and guidance
Quran-based engagement tools, including application restriction features
Personalized recommendations
Educational and informational resources
The Service is provided for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute religious rulings, scholarly authority, or professional advice.
Communications and Marketing
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise providing your email address to Daleel AI, you agree that we may use your email address to send you:
Service-related communications
Product updates and feature announcements
Educational content and recommendations
Promotional messages and marketing communications
Special offers, events, or campaigns related to Daleel AI
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional service messages, including:

Billing and subscription information

Screen Time API Usage and Quran Lock Feature
Daleel AI offers a feature known as Quran Lock, which enables users to temporarily restrict access to selected applications during Quran recitation sessions in order to support focus and uninterrupted engagement.
To provide this functionality, Daleel AI utilizes Apple’s Screen Time API, including Apple Family Controls and related system frameworks.
5.1 Purpose of Screen Time API Use
The Screen Time API is used solely to enable user-initiated restrictions on selected applications during Quran recitation sessions. This functionality is designed to support user focus, discipline, and reduced digital distraction.
5.2 User Control and Permissions
Users retain full control over Quran Lock functionality, including:
Selecting which applications to restrict
Starting and ending Quran Lock sessions at any time
Granting or revoking permissions through Apple’s native Screen Time authorization interface
Daleel AI cannot enable or enforce app restrictions without explicit user authorization through Apple’s system controls.
5.3 Data Access and Privacy Limitations
Daleel AI does not collect, monitor, store, or analyze user activity from other applications restricted through Screen Time.
Use of Apple’s Screen Time API is strictly limited to enforcing user-initiated application restrictions during active Quran recitation sessions.
Daleel AI does not access browsing history, usage analytics of third-party apps, or behavioral data from restricted applications.
5.4 Feature Navigation
Users may access the Quran Lock feature through:
Daleel AI → Quran Lock → Enable Lock → Select Apps → Start Recitation Session
5.5 Platform Compliance
Quran Lock operates in accordance with Apple’s Screen Time API and Family Controls framework requirements. Use of this feature is subject to Apple’s platform policies and system-level permissions.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Notify us of unauthorized use
Accept responsibility for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Paid Services
This requires a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at purchase.
7.2 Billing Platforms
Subscriptions may be billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment providers. Their terms also apply.
7.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
You manage cancellation through your platform account.
7.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled by the payment provider used. Daleel does not control third-party refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with system security
Upload malicious or harmful content
Present AI outputs as official religious rulings
Misrepresent Daleel AI as scholarly authority
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
AI and Informational Disclaimer
Daleel AI provides automated analysis and recommendations.
You understand and agree:
Outputs are generated algorithmically
They may be incomplete or imperfect
They are not authoritative religious rulings
They are not professional, legal, or medical advice
You are responsible for how you use the information
Consult qualified scholars or professionals when appropriate.

All Service content, including software, design, branding, algorithms, and materials, is owned by Daleel AI or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Service without permission.

If you submit content, you grant Daleel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process it to operate and improve the Service.
You represent you have rights to submit the content.
